Mail versturen via Microsoft 365 (Office365) vanaf copier - scanner en third party porgramma

Wilt u vanuit een third-party programma of een copier/scanner een mail versturen via de smtp mailserver van Microsoft dan dient u één van de onderstaande instellingen te gebruiken. Heeft u geen vast publieke IP adres dan kunt u alleen optie 1 gebruiken. Bij optie 2 en 3 heeft u bovendien toegang tot uw DNS nodig om de SPF record aan te passen. Met Optie 2 kunt u geen mail naar personen buiten uw organisatie sturen.

De 3 opties zijn:

1) SMTP AUTH-clientverzending
2) Direct Send (vast publieke IP adres nodig)
3) Configureer een connector om e-mail te verzenden met behulp van Microsoft 365 of Office 365 SMTP-relay

Microsoft beveelt Optie 1 aan.

Zorg dat het gebruikte account (Gebruikersnaam/email adres en wachtwoord) dat u gebruikt SMTP AUTH rechten (Geverifieerde SMTP) heeft.

SMTP Auth rechten Microsoft 365 / Office 365 instellen om via smtp.office365.com mail te versturen
Ga naar de Microsoft 365 beheerscherm.
Klik op Actieve gebruikers, Klik op de gebruiker waar je SMTP Auth wilt aan of uitzetten, E-mail, E-mailapps beheren.
Zet een vinkje in Geverifieerde SMTP.
Klik op Wijzigingen Opslaan.

 

Optie 1:


Authenticeer uw apparaat of applicatie rechtstreeks met een Microsoft 365- of Office 365-mailbox en verzend e-mail met behulp van SMTP AUTH-clientverzending

U moet een gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord kunnen configureren om e-mail op het apparaat te kunnen verzenden. Merk op dat u Microsoft Security Defaults of multi-factor authentication (MFA) niet kunt gebruiken, deze schakelen de basisverificatie uit en zijn ontworpen om uw gebruikers te beschermen tegen compromissen. Als uw omgeving gebruikmaakt van Microsoft Security Defaults of MFA, raden we u aan om optie 2 of 3 hieronder te gebruiken.


Optie 2:


Stuur e-mail rechtstreeks vanaf uw printer of applicatie naar Microsoft 365 of Office 365 (direct send / direct verzenden). U kunt alleen mail sturen naar personen binnen uw organisatie. Werkt alleen als u een vast publieke IP adres heeft.

Vul de volgende instellingen in het programma of apparaat:

Email adres                    Elk e-mailadres voor een van uw door Microsoft 365 of Office 365 geaccepteerde domeinen. Dit e-mailadres hoeft geen mailbox te hebben.

Step-by-step instructions for direct send
If your device or application can send from a static public IP address, obtain this IP address and make a note of it. You can share your static IP address with other devices and users, but don't share the IP address with anyone outside of your company. Your device or application can send from a dynamic or shared IP address but messages are more prone to antispam filtering.

- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
- Go to Settings > Domains, select your domain (for example, contoso.com), and find the MX record.
The MX record will have a Points to address or value value that looks similar to contoso-com.mail.protection.outlook.com.
- Make a note of the MX record Points to address or value value, which we refer to as your MX endpoint.
- Go back to the device, and in the settings, under what would normally be called Server or Smart Host, enter the MX record POINTS TO ADDRESS value you recorded in step 3.
- Now that you are done configuring your device settings, go to your domain registrar's website to update your DNS records. Edit your sender policy framework (SPF) record. In the entry, include the IP address that you noted in step 1. The finished string looks similar to this:

v=spf1 ip4:10.5.3.2 include:spf.protection.outlook.com ~all

where 10.5.3.2 is your public IP address.
